Renewal & Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected frequency, and your card on file will be charged the subscription price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Barrio account page.

Shipping

Your first order, subscriptions, and any order over $35 will ship for free. For all other orders, shipping is just $4.99.

All of our products ship in curbside-recyclable mailers and boxes via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders ship the day they're roasted and packed, and are generally delivered within 3–4 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns.

For incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email orders@barrio.com within seven (7) days of purchase with your order number, relevant details, and photos. We'll rectify the situation promptly.

To cancel or modify an order you've just placed, please reach out immediately and we'll do our best to make changes prior to fulfillment.
